The Clarinéo is unlike any other instrument with regard to maintenance and repair. It is difficult to damage so replacement of keys, and even of pads, is needed only in cases of extreme mistreatment or severe accident.

Should you need to replace any key please contact us and we will send you the replacement key, usually within a week, together with instructions for removal of the old key and insertion of the new one. (The picture on the right shows key numbers.)

The design of the Clarinéo follows contemporary practice. If you accidentally drop your mobile or mp3 player you expect to be able to still use it. Likewise the Clarinéo: drop and still play it. (Obviously, don’t deliberately drop it! All musical instruments should be respected).

This is a unique feature you don’t find in any band or orchestral instrument.

The Clarinéo is covered by a year’s guarantee against mechanical defect.

All Clarinéos are tested before being packed for sale.

In the extremely rare case that a Clarinéo cannot be returned to playing condition by simple key replacement and the Clarinéo has not been damaged as the result of a severe accident or mistreatment, under the terms of the guarantee, we will replace the Clarinéo you have bought with a Clarinéo that is fully functioning and tested.
